Chestnut Class trip to Alice Holt 19th June

Chestnut class searched for mini beasts at Alice Holt this morning and found ground beetles and centipedes, as well as woodlice and spiders!!! Year 4 Trip to Butser Farm

A couple of weeks ago Oak Class visited Butser Farm to learn more about the Anglo-Saxons. The children enjoyed a range of activities including: being an archaeologist; spinning wool; sewing and carving their initials in runes (Anglo-Saxon alphabet). The children enjoyed themselves and learnt a lot too!!
